Guest Rooms and Rates
Today, the charm of the old Victorian era lingers on at Waterman House and Gardens Bed and Breakfast. The inn's first floor provides guests with a charming parlor for reading the morning paper, a library with fireplace for afternoon lounging, and an expansive oak-paneled dining room to enjoy home-cooked breakfasts. The wrap-around porch and rocking chairs lead many guests outdoors each morning, to enjoy their coffee overlooking the herb, perennial, and cottage gardens surrounding the house.

You'll never leave the table hungry at Waterman House & Gardens!
Judy is known for her traditional New England popovers, served piping
hot with genuine maple syrup. Melissa likes to bake, turning out delectable
coffee cakes, sky-high buttermilk biscuits, and French fruit tarts
for eager guests. There's always plenty of fresh fruit, yogurt, hearty
whole-grain cereals, coffee, and juice for those who want to breakfast
lightly. If you have special dietary requirements, please let us know
