Policies

Waterman House is a non-smoking home. We also ask you to refrain from bringing pets (we own two cats which are confined to our quarters).

A 1-night deposit per room is required within 7 days of booking. We do not accept any credit cards.

Preferred check-in: 3 to 6 p.m.
If your arrival times don't coincide with our check-in time, please let us know so that we can make other arrangements. Refunds for cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival except for summer festival weekends when a seven-day notification is requested.
